365 Days Warranty

  •  365 days 1:1 replacement warranty 

Starting from orders received on or after January 1st, 2023.

Our warranty policy covers a period of 365 days for products that come with electronic functionality. This means that if your product malfunctions due to an electronic issue within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product at no additional cost. It's important to note that this warranty only applies to products with electronic functionality, and does not cover any damages caused by user negligence or misuse. Our goal is to provide our customers with high-quality products and reliable after-sales support, and we stand behind the products we sell.

 

  • For Wear and Tear

Additionally, it's important to note that our warranty does not cover any damages resulting from normal wear and tear of the product. We encourage our customers to follow the manufacturer's instructions for proper use and maintenance of the product to extend its lifespan. If you have any questions or concerns about our warranty policy, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team for assistance.

  • For TPE / Silicone product

For products made of rubber or TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer), we kindly ask our customers to inspect the product carefully upon receipt. If you notice any defects or issues with the product's material or construction, please contact us immediately.

Our customer support team will work closely with you to determine the best course of action, which may include a repair or replacement of the product. We value our customers and are committed to ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.     How do I return an item?
    • Please e-mail us a Refund Application Form in the following format:

    Postage/Mailing Cost: (Please attach a copy of postage receipt/document)

    Once you have completed the form, please email it to us at admin@sss.my. If you have any difficulties or problems, please do not hesitate to contact us at +601120721462. Our administrator will contact you once your request is confirmed, and then we will refund to you within 1 -14 working days.

    We only accept return if there's damage/ defect on the product, change of mind is not applicable.

      • Returns must be made within 7 days from date of purchase.
      • Damaged items must be returned together with their original box and receipt.
    • Kindly inform Customer Service before returning the item otherwise the request will not be processed. 
      Your return item will be assigned to a courier of our choosing. 
      Please provide the return parcel tracking number for all items
    What about postage charges?
    • Customers would have to bear the postage fees for shipping item(s) back to us during the return process, then we will refund a maximum of RM5.00 for your return shipping charges to you.

    How can I return my purchase?
    • Kindly email your inquiry to admin@sss.my  with the subject “Return Item”. We will assist you as soon as possible. Please allow 7 working days for your inquiry to be processed.
    • To make the process run smoother and faster, do email your inquiry with picture(s) of your item(s) & its condition and your order details for record purpose.
    How long will it take to receive my refund/new item(s)?
    • Please allow a minimum of 14 working days from the date we receive your return package.
    • Refund will based on customer actual paid - Final payment to refund, discount code cannot change into cash term
    • THIS WARRANTY IS VOID IF THE PRODUCT IS: Damaged due to negligence, abuse, misuse, accident, modification, tampering, alteration, faulty installation and/or acts of God. Used for commercial applications or rentals. Modified or repaired by anyone other than xsecret.my
